Recently, I host 2 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, 1 project of Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Project, 1 project of China postdoctoral Science Foundation and 2 project of Xi'an Jiaotong University. I have published more than 20 SCI articles, of which 7 I am the first / corresponding author. I participated in the compilation of four books and teaching materials. In 2016, I won the third prize of the 13th excellent academic thesis of Shaanxi Province, and was honored the "Award for Young Science and Technology Star" and "Award for the Star of Nutrition Science and Technology" of Shaanxi Nutrition Society. In 2018 and 2019, I guided students to participate in the first Public Health Comprehensive skills Competition and won the third prize; in 2019, I guided students to win the first prize of the first nutritional food innovation and creativity competition in Shaanxi province.
