Achievements in teaching and scientific research
Teaching Sanitary microbiology,nutriology, Nutrition an Disease, Nutrition and Food safety, Preventive Medicine, etc. for undergraduates, graduates and students abroad. As chief or a key editor, participated in the writing of a number of books and book chapters. Principally investigated and participated in many projects funded by National Natural Science foundation, Department of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province and American Diabetes Association (ADA), etc. Published more than 30 papers, including 12 SCI papers.
