Teaching, Research and Publications
Dr. Yang has presided many scientific projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Key Research and Development Program of Shaanxi Province, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Shaanxi Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special Funding, and participated in important scientific projects such as the national key research and development program, the key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Science and Technology Program for the Benefit of the People. Dr. Yang has published over 40 scientific papers in the renowned international and domestic scientific journals, with over 20 papers as the first or corresponding author in SCI-indexed journals. Some research results have been selected as the top cited article, editor's choice, or accompanied by invited comments.
Dr. Yang has served as a member of the Basic Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society and as a Visiting Professor at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University. She holds positions such as editorial board member, young editorial board member, and guest editor in multiple international journals, including Nutrition & Metabolism, International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research, Nutrients, etc. Meanwhile, she has long been invited to undertake review work for many important academic journals both domestically and internationally.
Dr. Yang delivers courses for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, has co-authored one textbook, and supervises undergraduate theses, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and other practical activities. Dr. Yang has been honored as Excellent Undergraduate Mentor and has supervised multiple graduate students in obtaining many honors such as the National Scholarship, Outstanding Graduate Awards, and Outstanding Thesis Awards.
