Participated projects:
Dr. Hui has principal investigator (PI) experience on 6 research grants, including the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province and the Social Science Fund of Shaanxi Province. She has also participated in over 10 national and provincial-level projects as a key member. Dr. Hui has published more than 40 academic papers in domestic and international journals, including 14 SCI/SSCI-indexed papers as the first or corresponding author. She has co-authored 2 books, serving as Associate Editor-in-Chief for Operation and Management of Medical and Aged Care Integrated Institutions and as an Editorial Board Member for Management (Service) Manual of Aged Care Institutions. Her professional academic appointments include Editorial Board Member for BMC Public Health, Youth Editorial Board Member for Health Psychology Research and the Chinese Medical Ethics, Board Director of the International Association for Holistic Integrative Medicine (IAHIM), Member of the Humanistic, Scientific, and Technological Health Branch of the China Association of Geriatric Research, and Member of the Behavioral Epidemiology Professional Committee of the China Medicine Education Association. Regionally, she serves as Vice Chair and Secretary-General of the Dementia Care Branch of the Shaanxi Sexology Society, Vice Chair of the Medical Ethics Professional Committee of the Shaanxi Association of Chinese Integrative Medicine, Committee Member of the Medical Ethics Branch of the Shaanxi Medical Association, Committee Member of the Health Management Branch of the Shaanxi Nutrition Society, and Consultant Expert Team Member for the Shaanxi Association for Science and Technology. In addition, Dr. Hui is actively involved in teaching the course Preventive Medicine Practice, supervising undergraduate graduation theses, leading student social practice initiatives, and mentoring National Undergraduate Training Programs for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. She also serves as an undergraduate headteacher and academic mentor, and has been awarded the honorary titles of “Outstanding Headteacher” and “Outstanding Military Training Instructor” by Xi'an Jiaotong University.
