吴谦，西安交通大学医学部公共卫生学院流行病学教研室主任，医学博士，教授，硕士生导师。已招收硕士研究生30余名，毕业硕士研究生近20余名。2012年至2015年在交大一附院做临床医学博士后研究工作；2011,2017年在美国德州大学休斯敦公共卫生学院(UT SPH)做访问学者。
研究方向：慢性病预防控制；疾病健康促进；数据挖掘与分析。
科研项目
主持国家重大专项任务，陕西省科技攻关计划项目、陕西省自然科学基金，参与“十一五”、“十二五”、“十三五艾滋病和病毒性肝炎等重大传染病防治”科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、中华医学基金会（CMB）公开竞标项目等纵、横向课题18项，累积到款260万。

主编《数据管理与分析》教材 1 本，“十三五”国家重点图书出版规划项目《临床流行病学》，副主编国家医学教育题库《临床流行病学与循证医学》；参编《循证医学基础与实践》西部医学教育联盟规划教材、《流行病学基本原理与方法》、《流行病学》、《公共卫生实践中的流行病学》和《糖尿病足全程管理与护理》等教材和专著10余本。
现为中华医学会临床流行病学暨循证医学分会委员、中华预防医学会健康促进与教育分会委员、中华营养学会营养流行病学分会委员、中华预防医学会公共卫生学分会青年委员，陕西省预防医学会消毒与感染分会副主任委员。
