罗小琴,女,营养与食品安全系副教授。2007 年毕业于兰州大学预防医学专业,2012 年 7 月获得中山大学公共卫生学院博士学位,毕业后进入西安交通大学公共卫生学院开始工作。同时进入西安交通大学心血管研究中心进行博士后工作。2015 年 8 月至 2016 年 8 月,澳大利亚昆士兰大学 Mater 研究中心访问学者。博士毕业后一直从事营养与食品卫生学的教学和研究工作。主要研究方向为:营养与慢性代谢性疾病的防治,曾参与《植物花色苷》和《肿瘤营养学》两部著作;并先后主持承担国家及部级科研项目等,在国内外发表科研论文数篇,其中 SCI 收录论文 17 篇。
