1. 营养与慢性病流行病学:心血管代谢性疾病的营养随机对照试验,多组学精准营养干预研究,杂粮全谷物改善代谢健康的效果与机制。
2. 系统流行病学:基于大型人群队列、临床纵向队列,探讨基因、营养、代谢组、宏基因组等在肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压及心脑血管疾病等发生发展中所起的作用。
3. 人类营养与全球健康。
