基金主持、论文发表、科研获奖、专利申请等科研成果:

共主持国家级/省部级、校级科研项目4项,包含国家自然科学基金青年项目、面上项目各1项,作为主要参与人参与国家重点研发计划“常见多发病防治研究”重点专项1项(负责“大骨节病软骨损伤的表观调控机制”部分研究内容)。累计发表论文42篇,其中SCI收录论文40篇,中文核心期刊论文2篇,包含第一作者/共同第一作者论文11篇,通讯/共同通讯作者7篇,最高影响因子9.3。文章发表在多个骨软骨疾病研究领域或生物信息学研究领域国际知名期刊,例如Arthritis & Rumatology、Bone、Bone & Joint Research、Osteoarthritis and Cartilage、Calcified Tissue International、Cartilage、Arthritis Research & Therapy、 Osteoporosis International、Bioinformatics、Schizophrenia Bulletin、Journal of Biomedical Informatics等。并为Nutrients、Cartilage、Progress in Neuro-Psychopharmacology and Biological Psychiatry等国际期刊担任同行评审专家。获得专利一项,作为主要参与人完成的“高通量组学分析方法开发及其在骨病研究中的应用”项目曾获2018年“陕西省科学技术奖二等奖”,并参编书籍《地方病分子生物学基础与应用》、《环境与基因相互作用的流行病学方法》等。发表的部分文章如下:
