Teaching, Research and Publications
Dr. Yang has presided the National Natural Science Foundation of China and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant, and participated in several scientific projects including the national key research and development program, key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and ministry of science and technology benefit people program. Dr. Yang has published more than 30 scientific papers, among which fifteen SCI papers as the first or corresponding author in the renowned international scientific journals including Journal of Nutrition, Nutrients, and International Journal of Cardiology, and seven in the most influential international journals in Xi’an Jiaotong University. Dr. Yang has served as the guest associate editor for the international scientific journal Frontiers in Nutrition (IF: 6.590), and served as the independent reviewer of several international and domestic scientific journals. Dr. Yang has undertaken the undergraduate and graduate courses, guided the undergraduate graduate design, and participated in compiling one teaching material.
