Teaching, Research and Publications
Dr. Yang has presided several scientific projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant, and the Shaanxi Postdoctoral Science Foundation Grant (special support), and participated in important scientific projects such as the national key research and development program, the key project of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the National Science and Technology Program for the Benefit of the People. Dr. Yang has published more than 40 scientific papers in the renowned international and domestic scientific journals, with over 20 papers as the first or corresponding author. Some research results have been selected as the top cited article, editor's choice, or accompanied by special comments, and have been cited by international authoritative journals such as European Heart Journal, Nature Metabolism, and Lancet Public Health.
Dr. Yang has served as a member of the Basic Nutrition Branch of the Chinese Nutrition Society. She holds positions such as editorial board member, young editorial board member, and guest editor in multiple international journals indexed by SCI/SCIE, including Human Nutrition & Metabolism, International Journal for Vitamin and Nutrition Research, Nutrients, etc. Meanwhile, she has long been invited to undertake review work for many important academic journals both domestically and internationally.
Dr. Yang has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, guided undergraduate graduate designs and practical activities such as innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, received the title of Excellent Undergraduate Tutor, and participated in the compilation of one teaching material.
